That's why, in Record yourself 360 We decided it was time to change this reality and we created the first Referral Marketing Observatory in Spain. With the collaboration of the Complutense University of Madrid, We begin the path to understand and promote this strategy, identifying its transformative potential in the business field.

Given the lack of specific analysis on the matter, In this first report on "Customer referral and loyalty programs" we carry out an exhaustive bibliographic review to monitor global trends. This research was fundamental to mark the starting point of Referral Marketing in Spain.

In this studio, We identify how Recommendation Marketing elevates the positioning and increases the profitability of brands. Among the results, highlights that the client acquired through a Referral Marketing program has, on average, double the useful life. Besides, usually has a dropout rate 13% less than clients arrived by other means. With the creation of this observatory, We also consolidated ourselves as an expert agency in Recommendation and Loyalty Marketing. Since then, We comprehensively address this field through three axes. First of all, research continues, also with the application of proven strategies and, finally, with the training of professionals in the discipline.
