Second study next to the Complutense University now available.

During our more than 15 years of experience in the sector we have been detecting the lack of quality research in marketing recommendation and marketing loyalty in Spain. A booming area thanks to the constant need of Spanish companies to innovate in their acquisition programs.

To fill that gap, in 2020, We create in collaboration with the Complutense University of Madrid, the first Referral Observatory Marketing from Spain. Thus, we become references in the study of this specialty of marketing In our country. That same year, We share the results of our first research through the report “Customer referral and loyalty programs”.

After his success, we started working on the continuation of this study. This time, interviewing a significant sample of Communication executives, Advertising and Marketing from large Spanish companies such as American Express, Endesa the Radisson.

The investigation concluded in 2022 with a second report under the title "Customer referral and loyalty programs in Spanish companies". This innovative study offers a clear and accessible vision of the situation of recommendation and loyalty programs in our country., through the experience of the most representative figures in the sector.
